Customer Development

Unfortunately, when I started developing LiveSource, I wasn't aware of the importance of Customer Development. Only some months ago I began studying how to do customer interviews and only a month ago I actually started doing it more seriously.

Normally, as soon as people start doing  Customer Development everything immediately changed. Couldn't be different for LiveSource.

One of the first things that were cleared for me after interviewing few real persons, is that LiveSource is too complex and to be used, it needs to be introduced by something more simple.

So I decided to write another blog to guide people on the process of developing innovative software and consequently a way for softening the introduction to LiveSource.
